Plate made entirely by hand with impressions of wild flowers and plants from the Montefeltro area.
The following botanicals are available: Daucus Carota, Lathyrus sylvestris, salvia officinalis, Foeniculum vulgare, rosemary, lavandula angustifolia, fern, capparis spinosa, avena fatua.
Nature is the cradle of the ACQUAlab project and is one of the cornerstones of the life I have chosen. I live in an uncontaminated landscape area and since 2020 my days have been marked by hands kneading clay, woods and wild foraging.
I have decided to live surrounded by nature in my daily life and I try to apply this choice in as many areas as possible, such as in critical and sustainable consumption.
All the pieces I create are unrepeatable; I don't work with molds and each object is unique. The seasons cyclically dictate all my productions. My works tell of seasonal wild flowers.
In botanical ceramics, we can recognize spring or autumn, summer and winter.
Materials used: ceramic.
Technique: all pieces are unique, created from ceramic mixes that I manually roll out and work. I carefully select the botanicals that I then impress onto the clay. After controlled drying, the piece is fired a first time at 1180 degrees. I then brush-decorate the entire piece, glaze it, and at this point, the second firing can be carried out.
Dimensions: diameter 21 cm
Reproducible, images are indicative, it is possible to choose the botanicals.
